3 med. apples (I used 2 gala and 1 Washington)
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 C. white sugar
2 large pears
1/2 C. water
2 T. butter
Peel the apples and pears and cut into chunks. Melt the butter in a med. size skillet over med. heat, add in the apples and pears. Sprinkle the sugar over the top and add the water. Stir and cook for 10 minutes or until the water is almost absorbed. Reduce the heat to low and sprinkle in the cinnamon. Cook for another 15 minutes or until pears are good and tender.
