Zucchini Corn Casserole Recipe



1 1/4 C. fresh corn kernels (or you can use frozen just thaw first)
1 small zucchini, sliced and then diced
14.75 oz. can creamed corn
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 C. butter, melted
4 T. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
4 T. sugar
1 C. milk

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients well. Pour into a lightly greased 9x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes.
