INGREDIENTS
Whipped Cream:
1 Cup Cold Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
Cheesecake:
2 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
8 ounces Softened Cream Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
10 ounces Cherry Pie Filling
5 Butter Cookies - crushed
INSTRUCTIONS
Whipped Cream:
Using whisk attachment, whip heavy cream until it begins to thicken.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip to soft peaks then set aside.
Cheesecake:
Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream and vanilla until smooth.
Reserve some whipped cream for topping and gently fold the remaining whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
Assembly:
Layer serving dishes with crushed cookies, whipped cheesecake, cherry filling and whipped cream.
Serve cold.
