Ingredients
3 C. cooked shredded chicken
10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. chopped green chilies
1/4 C. salsa
1 1/2 C. shredded Mexican style cheese
1 tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
5 flour tortillas
Directions
In a bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Stir in 1 C. of the cheese and the house seasoning, mix well. In a 9" pie plate place 1 of the tortillas in the bottom. Spread some of the mixture over the top and then sprinkle with a little cheese. Top with another layer and repeat, ending with a flour tortilla, reserve a little of the cheese. Cover with tinfoil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove and uncover, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and return to the oven for 10 minutes, Slice and serve over shredded lettuce and top with chopped tomatoes.
