Ingredients:
Meatballs:
½ cup thinly sliced green onions
½ teaspoon ground ginger
3 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 pound ground pork
1 pound ground beef
1 cup Panko
2 eggs
Sauce:
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
⅔ cup hoisin sauce
¼ cup rice vinegar
Instructions:
Meatballs:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. Meatballs are done when no longer pink inside.
Sauce:
Stir together all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Pour over warm meatballs and gently stir until covered.
