INGREDIENTS :
Nutella 6-8 Tablespoons
1 1/2 Cups Plain Flour
1 Teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (Room Temperature)
1/2 Cup firmly packed light brown sugar
6 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
Chocolate Chips (as many as desired)
DIRECTIONS :
Place 6 individual teaspoons of Nutella on a baking tray and freeze for 1 hour. In a bowl combine flour, salt and bicarbonate soda. In a separate bowl combine butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar, mix until incorporated. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined then add chocolate chips, fold chocolate chips in. Remove Nutella from freezer and gently make a ball shape with the dough and flatten, add the Nutella in the middle of the dough and wrap around the Nutella in a ball shape and place on a baking tray (Line tray with parchment paper), bake for 10-12 mins, allow to cool and ENJOY!
