A little finely shredded mozzarella cheese for serving
1/4 C. grated parmesan cheese
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 lb. angel hair pasta
1 clove garlic, minced
3 T. salted butter
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add in a good pinch of salt and the pasta. Cook till tender (about 6-7 minutes). Meanwhile, In a small skillet melt the butter over low heat so it will not burn. Add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring. Remove from the heat and add the green onion. Drain the pasta and pour the garlic butter sauce over the pasta, toss well to coat. Add the parmesan cheese and again toss to coat. Serve with a little of the mozzarella cheese over the top.
