INGREDIENTS
For the Salad:
4 slices thick cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 pear, sliced into thin wedges
1/2 cup honey glazed walnuts
6 cups baby spinach, packed
1/3 cup Gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup dried cranberries
For the vinaigrette:
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
INSTRUCTIONS
For the Vinaigrette:
Place all the vinaigrette ingredients in a jar and shake well. Set aside. (You'll want to shake it again right before adding.)
For the Salad:
In a large bowl, toss together spinach, pear slices, nuts, cranberries, cheese, and bacon. Add desired amount of vinaigrette when ready to serve and toss until evenly coated.
