Ingredients
3 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 medium potatoes, washed and cut up
my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
olive oil
1 green onion chopped
1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray. Put the potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet, put a little olive oil over the potatoes and season with a little of the house seasoning, toss to coat. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40-45 minutes, turning the potatoes half way through cooking time. Remove and top with the cheese, onions and bacon. Return to the oven just long enough for the cheese to melt.
